Can we pay by check?
If you prefer to pay by check, you can send us a check for your course or courses. If your organization receives targeted funding, such as Head Start, for Training & Technical Assistance the course is considered a training expense. Make checks payable to Claridigm Inc., and send to: Claridigm Inc. Attn: Claridigm Learning; 332 S. Michigan Ave. Suite 1032 #C250 Chicago, Illinois 60604-4434 . Please include and email address, course name, and duration of subscription with your check. Once your check clears, we will send enrollment instructions to the email address that you provided and a receipt for payment.

How long do you have access to each course in a bundle?
When you purchase a bundle, you will have access to each course for the duration of your subscription.

Can I retake my course during the subscription period?
Your course is available for you to retake as many times as you like for the duration of your subscription. If your course includes a Claridigm certificate of completion it will only be issued once, when you successfully complete all of the modules.
